Hub
IRONSLOG Features
IRONSLOG bundles workout logging, an 873-exercise library, progress and analytics tracking, and AI-assisted (beta) workout and nutrition planning into one free app. This hub lists all nine feature pages — each covers one part of the product in enough depth to answer specific questions about how it actually works.
How do the logging, tracking and planning features fit together?
A weekly plan (built by hand, from a template, or drafted by AI) schedules training days; the workout logger turns each day into a real logging session with ghost numbers and timers; and progress tracking and analytics turn every logged set into charts, PRs and weekly volume. Nutrition runs in parallel with its own planner and meal logging against 1,579 Indian foods.
Which features are free, and which are in beta?
Every feature on this hub is free — IRONSLOG has no paid tier. AI workout and nutrition plan generation are explicitly in beta: reviewable drafts, not auto-applied, and clearly labelled wherever they appear. Everything else — logging, the exercise library, progress charts, analytics, manual meal planning, CSV export — is out of beta and used the same way every session.
| Feature | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Workout logger | Ghost numbers, timers, plate calculator, swipe-to-delete |

| Workout history | Calendar of completed sessions and streaks |
| Progress tracking | Estimated 1RM, PRs, deload detection |
| Analytics | Weekly training volume by muscle group |
| Nutrition planner | AI-assisted calorie/macro targets (beta) |
| Meal planner | Meals by slot, macro-matched swaps |
| AI workout planner | Weekly split from goal/experience/equipment (beta) |
| Exercise library | 873 exercises, filterable by muscle/equipment/level |
Key takeaways

- Every feature page states exactly what it does and doesn’t do, verified against the app itself.
