Exercise History: Every Past Workout, Browsable by Month
IRONSLOG’s exercise history is a calendar view: every completed session appears on the day it happened, showing how long it took, with the month’s total trained time in the header and a streak badge for consecutive training days. There’s no separate "log book" to maintain — the calendar is built automatically from the sets you’ve logged.
How is workout history organized in IRONSLOG?
By calendar month. Each day that has a completed session shows its duration directly in the cell, calculated from when you started the workout to when you marked it done. The month header totals every completed session’s duration for that month, so you can see training volume trending up or down at a glance without opening each day.
What counts toward a training streak?
A streak counts consecutive sessions you’ve completed, shown as a badge with a flame icon and the current count next to the calendar header. It resets when a scheduled or logged training day is missed, giving you a simple, honest signal of consistency — not a gamified points system.
Can I see what I actually did on a specific past day?
Yes — opening any past day in the calendar shows the exact sets, weights and reps you logged that day, the same log view used for today’s session, so a completed workout from three months ago looks exactly like it did when you logged it.
