Exercise Logger: Log Every Set in Seconds

IRONSLOG is an exercise logger built for the gym floor: today’s session opens pre-built from your plan, last session’s numbers show as greyed-out placeholders, and a rest timer starts the moment you mark a set done. Logging a set is a weight, a rep count and one tap — no typing a workout name or scrolling a spreadsheet.

How does an exercise logger save time over a notebook or spreadsheet?

Open today's log and the exercises, target sets and rep ranges are already there, pulled from your weekly plan. Every input field shows ghost numbers — the weight and reps you logged for that exact set last time — as a placeholder, so you always know the number to beat without flipping back through old pages or a separate tab. Tap a set complete and it's logged; there's nothing to type unless the number changed.

What happens automatically while I’m logging?

A session timer runs for the whole workout, and a rest timer starts automatically the instant you mark a set complete — no separate stopwatch app. A per-side plate calculator works out which plates to load for any barbell weight. An optional RPE column can be turned on per profile if you track perceived exertion; it stays off by default so the grid is compact on a phone screen.

How do I fix a mistake or remove a set?

Swipe a set row to delete it — there is no delete button cluttering the grid — and swipe an exercise card to remove the whole exercise from today’s session, with a 5-second undo toast either way. IRONSLOG always keeps at least one set on an exercise so you can’t swipe a card down to nothing by mistake.
