IRONSLOG stores your account, workout plans, logged sets, body measurements and nutrition logs in Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure), tied to your account and not sold or shared with advertisers — there is no ad network or third-party analytics/tracking script in the product. You can export your data to CSV or delete your account at any time.
What data does IRONSLOG actually collect?
Your account identifier (email or Google account), profile settings, workout plans, logged workout sets, body measurements, optional progress photos, and nutrition logs — all tied to your account and used to run the product’s own features (logging, progress charts, meal tracking). No source in `src/` sends this data to a third-party analytics, advertising or tracking service.
Where is data stored, and who can see it?
In Firebase (Firestore for structured data, Firebase Storage for progress photos) under Google Cloud infrastructure, associated with your account. A trainer you explicitly connect to with an invite code can see the progress and plans you share with that connection; IRONSLOG does not otherwise share your data with other users or with third parties.
