Gym Workout Tracker: Plan, Log and Track in One App

IRONSLOG is a gym workout tracker that connects three things a notebook can’t: a weekly training plan, the sets you actually log against it, and a history you can browse by day, week or month. It’s free, works offline as an installable PWA, and every plan, log and measurement can be exported to CSV.

What does "tracking" mean beyond just logging a set?

A workout tracker connects a plan to your actual training history, not just a single day’s numbers. IRONSLOG schedules training days (push, pull, legs, upper, lower, full body, recovery or rest) across a week, and every set you log rolls into a calendar you can browse, a current-streak badge, and progression charts per exercise — so "tracking" means you can see whether this week looked like last week, not just what you did today.

Does it work if I don’t follow a fixed plan?

No. You can log any exercise from the 873-movement library on any day with no plan attached, and it still feeds the same calendar, streak and progression charts. A plan makes the daily log pre-fill itself; it isn’t required to track your training.

Can I get my tracked data back out?

Yes. Your plan, your full logged history and your body measurements each export to a separate CSV export file from Settings, or a single plan can be exported from the plan screen. Nothing you track is locked into the app.
