IRONSLOG is a free workout and nutrition tracker with no paid tier or subscription. You retain your own logged data and can export or delete it at any time. The exercise library is built on public-domain third-party data, credited on the about page; you agree not to misuse the service (scraping, abuse of the AI features, or violating applicable law).

Is there a paid version, subscription, or in-app purchase?

No. IRONSLOG has one plan, and it is free — there is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no paywalled feature tier anywhere in the product, verified directly against the codebase (no payment integration exists).

Who owns the data I log?

You do. Your workout plans, logged sets, measurements, photos and nutrition logs are yours; IRONSLOG stores them to provide the service and does not claim ownership of your logged content. You can export it to CSV or delete your account (and its data) at any time from Settings.

What am I agreeing not to do?

Standard acceptable-use terms: don’t attempt to scrape or bulk-extract the service beyond normal use, don’t abuse the AI plan/nutrition generation features (e.g. to generate unrelated content), don’t attempt to access another user’s account or data, and don’t use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

What about the exercise data and AI-generated content?

The exercise library is built on free-exercise-db (public domain / Unlicense) — see the about page for full attribution. AI-generated workout and nutrition plans (both currently in beta) are drafts for your own use; review them before relying on them, as with any AI-generated content.

TODO(owner): add the registered legal entity offering this service, governing-law jurisdiction, a formal limitation-of-liability clause, dispute-resolution process, and a contact address for legal notices. This page describes actual product behavior (free, no payment code, user owns their data) as a starting structure; it is not a substitute for legal review before publishing as a binding agreement.
