The analytics and progress screens are one view built from your logged sets: a per-exercise estimated 1RM or top-set chart, automatic PR flags, an adherence percentage, a deload note when a lift stalls, and a 7-day muscle-group training volume breakdown.
How is estimated 1RM calculated exactly?
Using the Epley formula, applied to the heaviest completed set on a given logged day for the selected exercise. The chart can be toggled between this estimate and the raw top-set weight, plotted as a smoothed line over your full logged history for that exercise.
What triggers a stall/deload note, precisely?
When the same working weight for an exercise has held across several consecutive sessions and multiple weeks with no increase, a note appears naming the stuck weight, the number of sessions and the number of weeks — computed purely from your own logged history for that exercise, not a fixed rule from a program template.
How is the 7-day muscle-volume breakdown computed?
Every completed set logged in the last 7 days adds weight × reps (tonnage) to each muscle group that exercise’s data lists as trained (primary and secondary muscles both count), and the muscle groups are ranked highest to lowest as horizontal bars.
